Spin

This high-energy session on a stationary bike gets you pedalling hard and fast, tackling different cycling scenarios and conditions to improve your endurance and strength and leave you energised and buzzing.

Circuits

A dynamic, interval-style session incorporating a diverse range of exercises using gym equipment, free weights and bodyweight to improve stamina and strength.

Boxercise

Boxercise classes use boxing techniques in a fun, stress-busting session with participants using pads and gloves (all provided) for an energetic workout designed to improve overall fitness levels as well as hand-eye co-ordination, balance and core strength.

Tabata

Tabata training incorporates high intensity bodyweight intervals with short rest periods – designed to push you hard and achieve maximum fitness results. Fun, effective sessions which will boost your metabolism for hours afterwards!
